It produces a useful estimate, not an exact measurement. Arete labels confidence and lets you correct servings — accuracy improves as you do.
Does Arete replace a doctor?
No. Arete offers wellness and performance guidance, not medical advice, and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease.
How does Apple Health work?
HealthKit data requires native iOS permission, so it syncs through the Arete iOS app — the web app never claims that access directly.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Health data is never placed in analytics URLs or sent to advertising platforms, and you can export or delete it anytime.
